Equipped with Olympic barbell holders, weight plate storage rods, and safety spotter arms with protective plastic pads, the AL-3003 ensures safe and smooth lifting without damaging your barbell.

Compact & Functional Design

Despite its space-efficient structure, the AL-3003 provides multiple training possibilities. With dual bar holders and dip accessories, you can perform compound and isolation exercises safely and effectively.
