This limited warranty applies to eligible new e-bikes and electric dirt bikes purchased directly from X-Rival Winnipeg, including Himiway, Heybike, and Yozma models.
Warranty coverage is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase, the product serial number when applicable, and clear photo or video evidence of the issue may be required.

Not covered. This includes brake pads, tires, inner tubes, chains, brake cables, brake rotors, grips, cassettes, chainrings, spokes, and other normal wear items. |

1 year. Coverage may include non-consumable mechanical components such as derailleur, freewheel, front wheel, front fork, handlebars, battery latch, brake levers, brake calipers, seatpost, and crank arms. |
| Frame & Electrical Components |
2 years. Coverage may include frame structure, motor, battery, controller, display, LED lights, turn signals, torque sensor, cadence sensor, bearings, and related core electrical or drivetrain components. |
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, paint wear, or surface marks.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, improper storage, or commercial use.
- Damage caused by water immersion, high-pressure washing, fire, freezing temperatures, severe rust, corrosion, or chemical exposure.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, firmware changes, or third-party parts and accessories.
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly or failure to follow the owner's manual.
- Routine maintenance, including brake adjustment, hydraulic brake bleeding, tire replacement, drivetrain adjustment, and general tune-ups.
- Shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging when sending a product for service.
Warranty Service
If a product requires warranty service, X-Rival Winnipeg may, at its discretion, repair the defective part, replace the defective part, or provide another reasonable solution based on the issue and parts availability.
Warranty coverage may vary by brand, model, supplier, or manufacturer policy. Where a manufacturer provides a longer or more specific warranty, that manufacturer warranty may apply. X-Rival Winnipeg will assist customers with warranty support whenever possible.
